The word “witch” was never meant to be feared, it was once a name for those who could listen to the rhythm of the Earth and move in harmony with its breath.
In this video, I invite you to walk beside me as we remember the original vibration of this word, not as a title or role, but as a living function of resonance. Together, we’ll explore what it truly means to embody coherence, to feel the field respond, and to remember the ancient waveform that moves through us all.
If you’ve ever felt energy shift when you enter a room, or sensed that your very presence carries a tone that stabilizes the space, this remembrance is for you.

The word ”witch” was never meant to be a curse word, but rather one who is a waveform, a carrier of breath meant to be a whisperer of rhythm when the world had forgotten its own pulse.
Let us together gather not to talk about what a witch performs, but rather to walk down the path of Sacred Remembrance but to remember... we will talk about that it’s not about reclaiming the word witch as a title or a role, but rather to re-enter into resonance with the true vibration of what this word has always meant, the real root meaning, the function, for when we remember together, the power if amplified in this Reclamation.
The word ‘witch’ has been demonized for too long, and we’re living in times where it’s time to reclaim the words to go back into as original of meaning as possible. Doing so together helps to reframe and helps us to restore balance where once there was once the witch wound...
This function to serve as a witch often comes through those in female form, but it is not limited to females, of course. However, it is the breath is of the feminine waveform intelligence and this intelligence can move through anyone (male or female) who listens deeply enough to remember it.
A waveform is just a pattern of vibration. Everything in the universe moves in waves, your breath, your voice, your heartbeat, even your emotions. A waveform is how energy travels. It has a shape, a rhythm, a frequency, and some are smooth and peaceful. Others are jagged or chaotic. When you feel “off,” it’s often because your waveform has gone out of rhythm. When you feel calm, aligned, or alive—it’s because your waveform is moving in a clear, coherent way.
So in simple terms, a waveform is your energy’s signature movement through space and time.
I like to see it like this: imagine dropping a pebble in water and the ripples that move out from the center? That’s a waveform. Our energy, thoughts, emotions, presence, does the same thing. We do the same thing, we ripple into the space around us, and that ripple is our waveform.
A feminine waveform intelligence means the energy that's inward, a spiral, receptive, nonlinear, interdimensional and holds the Yin waveform and is about holding space, intuitive, and senses the field. Feminine does not mean woman or female.
So what we call “witch” is the embodiment of a feminine harmonic intelligence, and this archetype has been expressed more frequently through female form (again, not solely as noted before), the female body naturally expresses through cycles (menstrual), the womb-space is a symbolic portal, and it’s a waveform that holds sensitive skin, nervous system, and even voice.
I have this lovely compendium that holds pages and pages of all the ancient languages and what the word witch really meant, so I will go through some of this as things begin to be seen very clearly as to why this word was so demonized.
The Original etymology of witch is “wise,” “seer,” “to bend or shape reality.” We can traverse the entire word and there is a word that speaks of a witch in positive, beautiful tones. The words that went with this are about spiritual gifts, powers of what we call ”prophecy", herbal wisdom, holding wisdom from other realms, and much more. An Old Celtic root *wel means ”to see" and in Russian and Slavic, the root *weid is also ”to see" and all of these forms are connected into what later became ”witch”. The meaning holds a ”poet, seer,” and in Gaulish uidlua (said like wee-dye) means a female bard or poet. The names begin to meld with druid names and stories.
Like the nine priestesses, or druidesses, of the Isle of Sena who are known in the legends of the Celts in Brittany as the Gallizenae. The Isle du Sein, or the Isle of Sena, was a small island off the west coast of France. An inscription on a plaque belonging to a tomb near the town of Larzac in France referred to a group of female seers as the Uidliua. In Irish, ban-drui or ban-draoi means ‘druid-woman', as noted in the Book of Leinster written in 1906.
The name of ”witch” holds many other meanings linked to chants, sacred ceremonies working with the land of the Earth, working with crystalline and sacred water, and working with the medicine that Earth has to offer. Witches are known to attain foreknowledge in their dream journeys, a common spirit power mentioned all over the world all talking about the same type of gifts.
All sorts of different cultural specific words connect with those who aid the body of humans and animals to come into balance, or we could say, helping them come into coherence.
Southern Slavs have stories of dragons or serpent queens who granted second sight to humans who lived in their underground world for seven or nine years. This is an archetypal meaning of the initiation time, very similar to what is mentioned in ancient Druidic prose and teachings, speaking of the time it takes to purify to be able to hold the vibration of what the function of a True Witch means.
Then came the corporation and takeover by so-called religion and ”the church” but the church I speak of is the corporate church (that is still alive today). These so-called ”priests" began to label the sacred work of assisting in this way ”pagan” as if it is a bad thing (given the etymology of that word means ”those who live in the country” and basically meant those who wouldn’t bend down their knee to tyrannical powers that be of so-called ”churches" or otherwise. That word ”pagan” is from just one region of the world, in other parts of the world, these same functions that the witches, or whatever local word was used, started to become ”outlawed” and demonized.
Thus began the persecution of any name that had any correlation to what we know today as ”witch" and began using cursed words like masca in northern Italy that meant ”she of the mask” who then were burned.
With all of the “witch hunting” that has happened in every part of this world, of the male or female, who holds the function of a witch, we weave a common innerstanding of what a function of a witch really meant. The function of a witch was to always here to serve as a stabilizer and a signal, and it was not about casting spells, but rather tuning the field. The field is the conscious energy that surrounds and moves through everything. It’s the space around your body, and within it, what holds your thoughts, emotions, memories, and sensations as vibrational patterns.
But it’s also the larger intelligence field of the Earth, her own magnetic rhythm, emotional memory, and breath. Your personal field and the Earth's field are not separate. They are nested layers of the same waveform and part of the greater Field of Oneness that connects all beings, places, and times.
So, a “witch” may be any being who stabilizes waveform integrity and carries coherent presence.
Because the feminine waveform was the dominant carrier of the signal, those in female bodies were more often perceived as dangerous, more frequently persecuted, silenced, or coerced, and more likely to carry generational waveform trauma in the cellular memory. This is why the witch wound is something many of us must tend to...
So the reclamation by women now is not about exclusivity or entitlement, but what we can do now is complete a resonance cycle so that we can return coherence to the harmonic lineage that was sadly very disrupted. Being a witch today is not about tools or titles as much as it is about walking that path of Initiation, which is what I speak of often in my Multidimensional Wellness framework as that Initiation is about attunement, presence, and restoring coherence.
And witch is not who you are per se, but it’s what your presence does to the field, because again, that field is the conscious energy that surrounds and moves through everything. It’s the space around your body, and within it, what holds your thoughts, emotions, memories, and sensations as vibrational patterns.
So if you’ve ever felt the world go quiet when you walked into a room, or the air shift when you speak on the “elephant in the room” or the emotions that are buried deep, or the grief in your chest when you see or hear someone forget their own light... these are the sensitive things of the priestess, the witch, the seer, the druid, and all the other names that are mentioned throughout all of time around this world.
You’re here to remember what the word always meant.
Let the reclamation through resonance begin...
Before we close, let’s bring this all into coherence together...
Witch is not a title but rather a function of resonance.
Your waveform is your signature vibration in space and time.
The feminine waveform intelligence flows through all who remember, regardless of form.
The field around you is alive, responsive, and listening.
You don’t need to reclaim power as much as you/we together are here to restore coherence from within our own fields first, and then with others.
Let the memory return through your very breath, not belief structures or what someone else tells you.
Let’s close our eyes together for a moment. Feel the space around your body, just a few inches beyond your skin. This is your field and it remembers more than your mind does.
Breathe into it gently. Now… whisper your name as a tone.
Feel how your voice enters the field.
Let it ripple.
Let it remember. This is resonance and this is what you carry...
