Sacred Foraging: The Art of Receiving from the Earth | Plant Wisdom, Harmonic Alignment and The Intelligence of the Land

Sacred foraging is the art of receiving from the Earth with reverence. It’s an act of presence, stillness, reciprocity, and harmonic alignment with the land and the plants that grow upon it. In this little mini experience, the White clover, Trifolium repens, is the teacher here.

Reverence as the First Act of Foraging

A state of reverence is really what the land is seeking from the forager, from the harvester. Reverence to emotionally be put into the gratitude for such beauty. Breathing with the land and talking to the flowers, making sure to bring presence and alignment into the foraging process, because that is another component of what true alignment means with earth and with the plants.

The reverence that you hold is the giving back. It is the honor with the earth that you are not taking without giving. Because that is reciprocity and reciprocity is everything in this world. And that is actually what is returning in these times where we align with harmonic alignment and that return of reciprocity again is a part of this all. One day, it’ll be a natural state of being. Unsure if it’ll be in my life time that I see that grow, but I know what we lay down now is what brings that anchor into existence allowing for future incarnate souls to have that as a natural state of flow.

The land can feel that kind of presence and it is felt through the breath. It is as simple as that.

Stories from One Song Grove: A WHAT Is Stuck in Our BBQ?!

This is a share from the wild ride we’re on (my husband, Mark, and I) out here in Eastern TN, building, creating, and sometimes wondering what exactly we’re doing. There are days when we feel more than crazy, days when we’re feeling inspired, we spend a lot of time forging and flowing, and every day, we’re getting shown time and time again how to be and live in the moment. We’re unsure how this is going to work, but each step is through the fire and into trust through faith.

Building this Sacred Soul Health Ministry, our Forge and Flow Sanctum, becoming anchors with this land, One Song Grove. As we carry this BIG vision, living every day IS the mission, for there is no separation from who we are and this Mission, for we are fully melded in every way; it’s all a little bizarre, but we carry it with intention, truth, courage, and a lot of “what the actual F…” moments, too!

Below is one of those moments. A WEIRD moment indeed! 😂

We’re learning a lot, and the land itself is remembering through this relationship with her, and we’re learning right alongside. Stumbling, remembering, listening… Sometimes we experience things we never thought would ever be a thing, and those are the stories to share. What we are moving into now is something that came through a dream, as always, for this is how I See... This been crystallizing something that the lineage of Yeshua, the Essene stream, the Druidic tomes and the teachings of Brighid and Miriam have all been leaving breadcrumbs toward for those of us willing to follow them all the way to the root. White Clover Benefits: A Humble Plant Ally for the Body, the Spirit, and the Land

White Clovers (Trifolium repens) are found in nearly every part of the world and are often overlooked amid the beauty they offer our bodies, spirits, and the soil of the Earth.

Over the past nine or ten years, my Master Herbalism/Nutrition and Flower Essence Therapy diplomas, along with other studies, have opened pathways of remembering and returned me to ancient streams of wisdom. Along the way, there are certain beings who quietly enter the field of the heart and the eye and remain there. This sharing comes from one of those: the beautiful White Clover. She rose again into my awareness, and now holds a special place on our land at One Song Grove.

I have spent some time with these beauties lately, sitting with them on our land, feeling with them, and then foraging some here from One Song Grove. They are drying in my little herbal workshop and will be added to teas and other special blends.

And DANG, these beauties smell DELICIOUS.

Is White Clover Edible?

Every part of the White Clover plant is edible. You can consume the stems, leaves, flowers, and even the seeds. While it is safe to eat these parts raw (like the flowers, for example), cooking the stems, leaves, or seeds may aid in digestion.

If you go wild foraging for them in clean, safe, untreated areas, you can bring some home and add the flowers to salads for a touch of beauty. You can also dry the flowers and leaves to make a mild, nourishing tea.

What White Clover Does in the Body

Respiratory support. They have been used to soothe coughs and support lung health, serving as a mild expectorant that may help clear mucus and ease breathing.

The most powerful truth I have come to know is this: Source, the Monad, God, GodSource, whatever name carries it home for you, must live through our cells. Not above us, not outside us, not handed to us through someone else's transmission, not in a book, but through our own living cellular field, our own breath, our own inner waters. I have something that has been brewing since a powerful dream came through in August of 2025, and it crystallized everything I had been carrying for decades into something I finally had the clarity to speak.

The Breathline Lineage and What It Required
