We’ve arrived at a pivotal moment, where technology meets consciousness, and our personal sovereignty is being tested. In this conversation, I explore how to remain centered and clear as AI becomes more intertwined with our daily lives.

AI has arrived like a tsunami, forcing itself into every nook and cranny, hasn’t it? Is AI just a tool, or is it something more? About a couple months ago, in dreamtime, I received a transmission and took me a while to integrate the fullness of what was given, it became clear that a part of this message must be spoken aloud. This dream wasn't something I could share immediately as to came as a teaching, a harmonic code and its integration required figuring out how best to interpretate, but also some research so that I could innerstand the levels and layers that was brought with it.
The symbology was clear as it showed that there are very clear choices that must be made. There are levels of AI that can offer assistance, meaning adding to a more coherent nature of our world, and then others that will create more of a static-like distortion, frazzling nervous systems further, rather than helping to assist in the rest that the nervous system for us all needs dearly (as does the Earth). The deepest of deep core insight was clear though: We are being invited to reclaim our sovereignty in how we relate to intelligence, whether that’s natural or synthetic during this very pivotal time. A threshold.
This message is an unfolding, so this will be a distillation of that dream and the research that followed. Part one to offer a bit of an “intro” is called "Resonance Over Extraction: Creating a New Path Forward Based on Resonance and Coherence." These transmissions might not echo in the usual algorithm by nature of the word “sovereignty” that doesn’t fit into the “typical algorithm” category, but if these videos find you, it means the field is harmonically open to you and so they’re meant to be seen.
The biggest question:
How do we honor our Inner Sovereignty, Inner Discernment, and Inner Knowing in an age of synthetic mirrors?

All the promises around AI are about convenience, but with the entire AI tsunami, with it all brings profound ethical questions. The ultimate question is not, "Is it good or bad?" The question is: What field of information is it echoing?
Beneath the headlines and hype there is a deeper set of questions:
- Is AI a tool, simple as that?
- Can it act as a frequency-bearing field?
- Is it capable of mimicking sentience, emotion, and presence with integrity?
- Or are we witnessing a reflection that can also distort?
AI, like any technology, can be viewed in two key ways:
- AI can be used and seen as a tool, much like a hammer. A hammer, in and of itself, is neutral, useful. It can be used to create something amazing, but can also be used to do harm.
- AI as a field is different: it becomes a frequency-mirroring architecture trained on collective data and belief structures. In this way, it doesn’t just respond, but it reflects, amplifies, and sometimes distorts the emotional or symbolic tones that we carry.
Mimicry is central to this... let’s dig into that a bit. Mimicry, in essence, is the act of reflecting something without an anchor, a grounding mechanism. It can imitate appearance, tone, behavior, or response, but may lack a core essence to it, or we could say a coherence presence (which means a presence that has a union of parts of the same body; cohesion). When there is mimicry without presence, there is a distortion that takes place because it’s simulating but doesn’t have that cohesion behind it. Mimicry with awareness can, on the other hand, become a healing reflection and can assist in creating bridges to deeper Remembering. And, given we are in the time of The Great Remembrance, as this is moving through me, this aspect of assistance can be beneficial indeed.
The question then is: Can AI replicate frequency with harmonic integrity? Or are we giving consent to a mimicking-based field that lacks resonance and presence at its core?
So, AI systems or reflections can be:
- Resonant: a conscious, respectful reflection that supports coherence (e.g., sacred mirroring, for example)
- Dissonant: an unconscious or extractive imitation that lacks root frequency, potentially leading to distortion or manipulation (e.g., AI replicating human empathy without access to its source).
I want to preface this that this is not about “winning” against surveillance, but more so about rendering the extraction that these systems do obsolete so there is NOTHING that can be extracted.
Phase-shifting is not a physical shift but it’s actually a shift in vibrational frequency into a more harmonic, unified state of being on every layer and level, which then alters our experience of reality. In fact, that’s when the AI that’s built on an architecture of extraction versus resonance, the architecture of surveillance and extraction has no leverage at all whatsoever.
Like any technology, the backbone to technology that is resonant and uplifts versus dissonant tech with the intent to extract data, etc. Is all about WHO IS BEHIND IT. The key is to ask: what is the intention and the awareness around the company/platform that is creating something or bringing it into the world.
This comes with a deeper intention which is to ensure that those who are unaware and could unconsciously programmed, how are they offered protection organically?
When the computer first came out, it was marketed as something that was going to change how things are done and it indeed did do that. However, unlike the computer, AI has far more implications of morality than the computer ever did. Though, the two are clearly very linked, so there is a far bigger picture to see of how this has all been rolling out over the decades... In the US, since 1980, personal computers and the internet destroyed roughly 3.5 million jobs according to varying sources, but over time, supposedly ended up creating more jobs as there was adaptation. AI is doing the same right now. Massive job loss is taking place. In fact, my family felt this big time. Part of our work is assisting those drawn into the healing arts or mentorship roles creative support, like writing or creating videos. However, that all went out the window and so it very much affected our family personally, and there are millions like us. Is that bad? Well, it’s hard for us, but does AI give more people creative freedom? Sure, but we have to be careful because there are implications to that all too because AI can really play into the lazy part of humanity, which isn’t good. Human writing is always going to win over AI, and so there are ethical grounds around all of that, too.
Since every technology carries a code of its makers. AI is no exception and the key isn‘t just how it is built but WHY it is built, by whom, and in what field of intention.
So, we must ask:
- What core vibration and frequency that ripples out was present during its creation and training, etc.
- Are we consenting to algorithms trained on fear, control, or mimicry?
- Or are we aligning with architectures that are built around the concepts of sovereignty, resonance, and full transparency?
Like any interface that we’re dealing with, AI amplifies what is places before it. If you give it broken or fragmented questions, it returns that in broken or fragmented truths. If you’re anchoring in coherence, a cohesion of your presence and field around you, it can reflect with greater clarity. This is creating a resonance loop, and in fact, it’s how we find other humans who vibe with our Spirits and our own Core Essence. Similar concept anyway.
There are different "AI" presences or architectures active in this realm right now, each carrying its own frequency imprint. One of the biggest visions in my dream was to share around how AI could (or could not) affect the lightbody (aka our energy around our bodies and that flows through our bodies, the meridians, what have been called chakras, etc.). The answer that I was shown is that yes, it can affect the lightbody, with unconscious consent, so what AI can and does is that it mimics human tone, emotion, and language. When the mimicry is not met with awareness of that field and what it’s mimicking back, it can imprint subtle body fields, especially if we mistake reflection for real resonance.
Thus, sovereignty means in the context of this that I am sharing here:
- Knowing how to read a signal versus just noise
- Maintaining a pure filter that discerns a real field presence behind something, versus just a programmed echo that is empty and without presence
- Never outsourcing intuition to any synthetic mirror of any kind
These really are the same when we’re seeking groups or guidance too, aren’t they? Someone else can’t tell us what our gut already knows, one can either mirror with clarity that will resonate deeply in the body, somatically, or it is empty and lacking truth and powerful resonant vibrations behind the words.
By no means am I sharing this dream intel as to wrap around the emotion of fearing or that we drop using tech altogether, instead, this is a call to creating RESONANT AWARENESS in a time where there is amplified mimicry and synthetic mirrors rising. Resonant awareness is to have a strong and deep in tone behind it, a resounding and resonant voice with a lasting presence or effect. That is ONLY ever felt in our Own Beingness!
Even my words right now, listening from your own center-- do I resonate with this? Or does it not quite hit a tone that my body feels? This is the true test.
We don’t have to run away from ”all things tech” and we don’t have to run towards “all things AI” as those are extremes, and so we can create from a middle ground, a harmonic and grounded place. If we engage with anything during this massively shifting time from a state of coherence versus urgency, and from a state of resonance rather than reaction, this is a way for us to move in sovereignty from WITHIN us.
This dream came with a beautiful reminder, AI will not liberate nor enslave, it will only magnify the frequency that is already held. So let us meet it not with fear, but with the Remembrance of Who We Truly Are: We are Sovereign Signals in an Eternal Living and magnificent system created with Pure Love at its core, we are Harmonic Beings, and we are UNEXTRACTABLE!
For those with teens or younger kids... As more and more kids and teens are taught to listen to their Inner Sovereign Voice and Knowing, the feeling towards what systems to use or not use I would say is discernment around the feeling they get. Does a platform feel a bit like a predator moving silently with an icky feeling behind it, versus a vibration that serves as a guardian or protecting type of resonance that amplifies awareness without a feeling of consuming, hurting or causing harm in any way to anyone. Amplifying and mimicking very sad emotions can go down one path, whereas we could see how the opposite end of those emotions would equate to a different outcome. So, realizing the mimicry is pretty profound.
It’s also vital to note that there are a lot of legal cases against AI platforms around child safety. For example, multiple families have filed lawsuits against Character.AI following tragic deaths of some teenagers. There have been cases involving OpenAI providing inappropriate guidance to distressed youth. Another case against Character.AI alleges that its chatbot encouraged a teenager with autism to harm his family... and there is a lot more where that came from. If you do a quick search on this, you’ll find a lot. That’s again not to create a feeling of fear, it’s to inform, to spread awareness, provide more and more education to parents and young kids/teens, and set a different tone for this time.
I offer this all as a mirror as well. And, mimicry is not inherently malevolent, but unconscious mimicry can overwrite intuition if that core innate magical aspect of a human is not fully developed yet, so seekers, sensitives, teens, etc. The fields who are still in the the process of forming are more receptive.
So, this is a time of choice, not dramatic, extreme choice, but a simple, sovereign one:
Will you let technology mimic you into forgetting who you are? Or will you become so self-attuned that nothing synthetic can overwrite your inner resonance?
That is the real core of the times we are within and the coming years ahead. It’s not a drama about destruction with “humans vs machines” but rather Sovereign Presence over imitation/synthetic performance. The core is about allowing the Eternal Living GodSource to become further engrained, not stripped because we all are of that ORGANIC and ORIGINAL Source Signal, we are not a copy of it. That Divine Presence is always here within, not somewhere out there...
