Some other details on my background:

Since childhood, I've experienced vivid visions and dreams, identifying as a psychic empath with claircognizant and precognitive abilities (a Seer, or embodying an Oracle of Original Creation). As we unravel the secrets of the Avatar Self, we tap into the true magick within, allowing our abilities to awaken and flourish even further!

As a creative individual, I embrace the ability to be a "dot connector," a talent I have developed to assist others in recognizing hidden connections. I can only share this insight when invited to do so. It's akin to being a kindred spirit of the character Sherlock Holmes but with an added focus on the metaphysical magick present in our world. 😁

My journey has been quite unusual. Throughout my 17 years in the corporate world, I had to abandon the idea of being "like everyone else" and learned to "conceal" my unique abilities, as they weren't valued in boardrooms. Despite facing challenges, including a tough divorce, before I turned 25, I persevered. Now, in latter 40s, I proudly lead my own Sacred Mission (also known as my business) called Disrupt Now and Team Gu, awakening more and more of these inner abilities.

Then in my latter 30s I was hit with an unknown illness, seemingly coming out of nowehere, But through a dance of intuition and in spending far too many thousands of dollars trying to find the answers with other natural healing modalities without the answer, I took the matters into my own hands to find answers in the hidden wisdom about healing.

After many years of refining these natural abilities, and melding them with the certifications and degrees I've earned, now I can help others to pose the right questions to help individuals identify the areas where energy is stagnant and what's really going on within their bodies.

Together, we can create solutions or visualizations to release these blockages and daily ritual recommendations to invite more magick into our lives!

Everyone and every body is unique, therefore, this answer does vary but at least 3 follow-up sessions are recommended and the foundation.

This is a typical schedule:

~ First 90-Minute Session is completed

~ After the first session, 6-8 weeks is beautiful to integrate and embody Phase 1 and then at that 6-8 week timeframe, the first follow up session is set up

~ Phase 2: 6-8 weeks after the first follow, there is a Phase 2 follow up that is completed

~ Phase 3: 6-8 weeks after that second follow up, there is a Phase 3 follow up that is completed

~ After Phase 3 is implemented, the body needs a lot of time to integrate and can be set up on a "as needed" basis. If someone is having tests done one time per year then there are once a year longer sessions set up for the test evaluations to be completed.

The point of all of this to help you integrate and IN-BODY (aka embody) all the phases and vibrations that will continue to settle and upgrade/uplevel all that you are. There is ongoing support via making custom Flower Essence Alchemical Blends or other herbal remedy support as needed.
