Assessment Instructions

• How to rate questions: Please focus on current and most recent "past" emotions you've been feeling a lot or that have been coming up for you a lot (or frequently in waves for some time).
• Time commitment for questionnaire: Approx. 10 minutes to complete depending on how long you want to feel into each question. Please ensure you have adequate time to thoughtfully consider each question rather than rushing through.
• Rating scale: 10 = Strong resonance with your Soul, 1 = Low/no resonance with your Soul
• Skip questions that don't apply to your life experience as needed
• Intuition: Trust your intuitive first response!
• Note: It's best to use your computer vs mobile as it'll be easier to read but the questionnaire does work on mobile devices as well.
• Some of the questions use words that may feel 'strong' but it's to get at specific deep-rooted feelings, and sometimes the questions may feel "similar" but they're getting through to different layers of emotions to note and being asked in specific ways on purpose.
